HOW TO INCREASE FLEXIBILITY

Flexibility is primary due to one’s genetics, gender, age, body shape and level of physical activity. As people grow older, they tend to loose flexibility, usually as a result of inactivity, but partially because of the aging process itself.

Stretching your body to increase flexibility offers many benefits. Such training allows for easier and deeper movements while building strength and stability. Stretching your muscles and joints also leads to greater range of motion, improved balance, coordination and increased flexibility.

Time constraints keep many people from stretching. Some complain they don’t have the time to stretch; other hurry out of their sessions before cool-down exercise are completed. which is why we start every session with a total stretch and end every session with a total body stretch.
