SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Let’s get fit together. Small group training sessions are varied, challenging, high energy and fun. limited to 8 clients max which allows Évy to build a connection with each individual while also giving proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment.

Each session is progressive so the workouts are never repeated and you never get bored. The workouts are conducted via ZOOM. Sessions are 60-minutes long and occur 2-3x a week. Workouts require little to no equipment, so they’re ideal for working out at home or while you travel.

For those that can not attend a copy of each LIVE session will be available for purchase in our website shortly after the session, unedited, and authentic-as if you were inside the studio sessions with him.

Our rate of rate of retention is an impressive 85-90%. Our clients love the workouts and appreciate the effort Évy puts in to keep them consistent and accountable.
